Your initial consultation will begin with a complete history and physical examination. During your initial consultation, Dr. Wilkins will also review any records, x-ray, MRI and other diagnostic test results that you have pertaining to your condition. Dr. Wilkins will also discuss your condition in detail and give you a comprehensive treatment plan. Dr. Wilkins will make it a point to answer all questions regarding your diagnosis and treatment.
Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for your initial appointment to check in and supply the necessary insurance information. Please download the appropriate forms to fill out in advance of your appointment.
